THE 'ABSTRART' EDITION { PORTUGAL FASHION SS 2014 }

'Abstrart' is the theme of the 33rd edition of Portugal Fashion for Spring/Summer 2014, which starts tomorrow, on the 23rd of October, in Lisbon, and proceeds to Porto, between the 24th and the 26th of this month. Aside from the usual names that are going to be presented in Portugal Fashion, and under the platform Bloom, coordinated by the talented Miguel Flor, there will be presented 14 new designers, four schools of Fashion (Árvore, Modatex, ESAD and EMP) and the premiere of the brand Klar. And there is a new space at this year's PF: the Brand Up. A showroom where designers can showcase and sell their collections to the public and 30 purchasing agents, nationally and internationally. Anabela Baldaque, Júlio Torcato, Katty Xiomara, Luís Buchinho, Concreto, Vicri ou Dom Colletto are some of the designers and brands presented in this showroom. The activity in this space will be held simultaneously with the runway shows, and you can visit from 3p.m. to 11p.m. during Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the entry is free. "Abstrart” é o tema da 33.º edição do Portugal Fashion Primavera/Verão 2014, que tem início amanhã, dia 23, em Lisboa, e prossegue no Porto, no edifício da Alfândega do Porto, nos dias 24, 25 e 26. Para além dos habituais desfiles que se apresentam no Portugal Fashion, no âmbito do Bloom, plataforma de novos talentos coordenada por Miguel Flor, serão apresentados 14 novos designers, quatro escolas de Moda (a Árvore, a Modatex, a ESAD e a EMP) e a estreia da marca Klar. E este ano o PF também terá uma outra novidade: o Brand Up. Um showroom onde os criadores poderão mostrar e vender as suas colecções ao ao público e a 30 agentes de compras nacionais e internacionais. Anabela Baldaque, Júlio Torcato, Katty Xiomara, Luís Buchinho, Concreto, Vicri ou Dom Colletto serão alguns dos designers e marcas presentes neste showroom. Este espaço irá decorrer em simultâneo com os desfiles na Alfândega, embora com um horário mais alargado e com entrada livre. Podem visitá-lo das 15h00 às 23h00 durante quinta, sexta e sábado.
